Instructions

1. A bowl of ice water should be kept in the bathroom next to your tub in case you feel too hot.

2. All doors and windows in your bathroom should be shut off.

3. Your shower door must be closed most of the way. The shower drain should be drained and the tub should be filled with five to six inches of the hot water.

4. Sitting on the edge of the tub for 15 to 20 minutes, you can lean over the water slightly to feel the heat rising with comfort. Breathing the air deeply you should try to relax your body as much as you can. If you feel the heat is too much, the washcloth and ice water should be used to dab at your face and body to cool yourself.

5. The sauna should be finished by draining the tub and rinsing with a lukewarm shower.
