Potted plants can be of different sizes. A large standing plant like palm, compliments nicely the well lit side of your room. Small potted plants like cactus look good on centre-tables. As different plants bloom at different times of the year, it is best to keep a variety of plants. Some of the best potted plants are palms, shrub roses, good luck plants, cactus bonsai, braided ficus tree, dragon tree and peace lily.
However, the potted plants need proper maintenance. Keep them in proper pots in places where they can receive adequate sunlight. It is also necessary to water and monitor its soil. They also need to be re-potted and trimmed at intervals.
Metal roofing is said to last for a longer duration of time over the years but if it isn’t treated properly it can gather dust or rust rather quickly given extreme exterior weather conditions.
Similarly the panels of metal roofing are likely to crack or get dislodged due to high winds creating a number of problems for home owners.
To replace metal panels measure the accurate size of the damaged metal panel after removing it from the trim and cut out a replacement using tin snips. Cover the long edges of the new piece with 2-inch butyl tape and slide it back into the trim on the roof. Secure with screws along the length of the metal panel.
Finally spread a layer of roof coating along the edges of the new panels and let dry. The roof coating acts as a sealant against the elements. Repair other damaged roof panels in the same way.
Rubber roofs are comparatively easier to install than metal or shingle roofs. They can even be used on sloping roofs that have skylights. Measure your roof including the sky light to determine exact square footage. Drape both the rubber roofing sheets carefully all over the roof. Measure the skylight area and mark the same onto the spot of roofing that sits directly above it.
Cut out with a utility knife and leave the piece aside, remove the second layer of rubber roofing. Lifting the first layer from one end expose significant areas of the roof to work on and begin applying roof cement. Press down on the cement and leave to dry.
Apply glue to the surface and roll the second sheet over it pressing out air bubbles to get a smooth finish. Apply a sealant around the skylight to adhere the roofing. Ensure that all layers are stuck firmly to the roof around the skylight area.
Removing and concealing an exterior door with block is a simple way to add a new appearance to the exterior of your home. Start by taking out the door from the door frame by removing the hinges. Remove the trim on the frame leaving only the frame and the space where the door should have been.
Mix cement, sand and water to form a medium consistency mortar and spread the first layer at the door step. Place blocks on the mortar in a way that they correspond with the existing blocks on surrounding walls.
Secure brick ties on each row to the wood frame on each end and continue with a mortar and brick layer until you have covered the area. Wipe off excess mortar or push it into the groove between two bricks as you go along to avoid lumps of dried mortar on the wall. Let dry for two days before painting or touching the wall.
Instructions
1. The room height and width should be measured using measuring tape.
2. A plan should be drawn of how you want to divide the space. There are different types of shelves available in the market. You can place the shelf unit on one wall extending partly into the middle of the room, to allow a pass-through space at the non wall end. You can use narrow shelving smack in the middle of the room, leaving space to walk on either side of it. You can buy low shelves that rise only to the middle of the vertical wall space to give a feeling of openness to the area.
3. Shelving units or bookcases can be bought to suit your needs. You can buy tall bookcases extending the entire width of the room or short ones can be purchased that come up only to a foot or so beneath the ceiling.
Wallpaper paste helps for adhering decorative paper to a wall.

Glass
When glass walls are used in a sunroom you get maximum sunlight into the space. The best unobstructed views are allowed while seated in the sunroom which gives you a feeling of being outdoors.
Knee Walls
A knee wall gives a different look to the sunroom remodel. In this option a short wall is used that is less than 3-feet tall from the bottom section. The top portion of the wall includes windows having narrow separators or trim pieces in between.
Interior Coverings
If a solid wall is chosen for at least part of the sunroom, you require a wall covering option. Wood paneling or horizontal wood slats should be used to give a natural look to the walls. Drywall can also be considered as a modern option that allows you paint or wallpaper application to give the walls a customized look.
Decoration
A sheer curtain can be used to allow some privacy and light.
Instructions
1. The plywood sealer should be poured into the paint pan. If you are sealing the outdoor plywood siding, you shouldn’t do this task on a windy day. As plywood siding is structural sanding the wood is not a must. It is beneficial if you apply the sealant before installation.
2. Your paint roller or brush should be dipped into the pan with the plywood sealer to saturate the roller. The sealant should be applied in up and down motions to give a smooth and even finish. Drop cloths should be used to avoid staining on the floor.
3. At least one to two hours are required for the plywood sealant to dry totally. A second coat should be applied once drying is over. For painting all sides of the plywood, one side should be finished first and then the same process should be repeated after changing the side.

3. One end of a corrugated pipe should be pushed into the round end of the downspout adapter.
4. The direction of a screw gun should be set with a 5/16-inch hex head adapter to forward. The hex head adapter should be glided over the head of the clamp worm screw. The screw gun trigger should be pressed to tighten the worm screw.
5. The corrugated pipe should be pulled down. The tightening of the pipe clamp should be continued till the corrugated pipe is fixed in position and can not be moved.
