3. A 4-inch wide pine boards should be fitted according to the dimensions of the pad. The boards should be placed forming a frame using wooden stakes.

4. A 1-inch layer of small gravel is poured within the frame for proper drainage.

5. Sufficient amount of concrete should be filled within the frame to the top edge. The wire should be cut into sections to fit inside the frame. After the wire fencing is placed the remaining concrete should be poured.

6. The bull float is run over the wet concrete to smooth the surface of the still wet concrete.

7. The stakes and frame boards should be removed from around the pad after 72 hours allowing the concrete to set.
